Monkeys in the House

I always joke with the boys that they act like wild monkeys. Obviously they are just boys and love to have fun. They are getting into everything. Honestly, they can manage to destroy a room in about 5 seconds. The boys have started playing together more but they still fight over everything. My most favorite thing lately is when Luke (the older brother) comes to tell on Evan (the little brother) for taking his toys. These are days I will cherish forever. Enjoy the pictures!

Silver Dollar City

Killion and Dalton are brave people. They decided to take our boys to Silver Dollar city. The boys had a great time. Luke talked so much about the big trees and roller coaster. Thanks so much guys for taking them. I am sure they will never forget this trip.

Christmas program

We had our Christmas program last night at church. I was so proud of both of my boys. Evan sat on stage very nicely and Luke sang and even did the movements (well most of them). Luke then ended up a little distracted by the manger and hay behind him. He also thought it would be fun to grab the microphone. It was so wonderful and and all the teachers did a great job preparing the show. Enjoy the pictures.

Christmas Is here

We have been very busy enjoying are preparations for Christmas. We have decorated a bit as you will see in the pictures below. We have our tree up in record time. We had a little visitor from Elf on the Shelf. Luke named him Rudolf but we call him Ruddy. The kids have been having a great time looking for him each morning. So far, he has hidden on the Tv, the Santa clock, the ceiling fan, the bathroom light, the Christmas tree and the kitchen light fixture. Today he appeared above the refrigerator, on top of the cabinets. We are counting down the days till Santa comes and enjoying the knocks on the door from all of my online Christmas shopping. Praise The Lord for his blessings.

Boys will be boys

Well we have been very busy preparing for Christmas. The boys have been having so much fun and are a bit hyper since we have transformed our house.

All that's left is a fat belly

We have ate twice and now I am miserable. I can't understand how anyone could move well enough to go showing tonight. We have loved our time with family. Tomorrow we start preparing for Christmas and I am not too excited about the tree but the kids are!

Cooking fun

In our family, Luke and I are the cooks. We love to make anything and usually he is a big help. Here is a short look at the first day of preparing for Thanksgiving. Yum, yum!

Oh and the cookies have nothing to do with Thanksgiving. Luke just picked out those items and asked to make cookies. He didn't even eat them, ha!

Twins and thanksgiving

We had twin night last week at church so I dressed the boys alike. I am often amazed at how much they look like each other. Luke and Evan have done several thanksgiving activities and as of today, I am officially on break. So excited to spend some time with my boys. I have so much to be thankful for. Here are of a few things:

My boys, they brighten my day
My husband
My job, stressful but rewarding
My BFFs, Lindsay, Lori and Penny
My family, were crazy but fun
My church, Flippin FBC
My salvation, thank you Jesus

Enjoy the pictures!
