Coleman family Christmas

At the Coleman family Christmas, there is are a few guarantees: 1) there will be more food than we can possible eat 2)someone might mess a chocolate pie up (ha)!

I know you guys are all wanting to come through the screen and eat some of this yummy goodness!

I made green been casserole.  Every time I make it, I change it up but here is my favorite way:

4 cans of green beans drained very well
2 cans cream of mushroom soup spread on top of beans
cooked bacon (as much or as little as you would like on top of the soup)
shredded cheddar cheese (just enough to barely cover top)
Black pepper (just as much as you like)
french fried onions (I like alot on mine--be sure to wait to put these one until the last 6 minutes)
Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes

Granny Coleman in her favorite spot just enjoying a plate of food.

My mom and Aunt Connie were very excited that Kevin made it home from his treatments at MD Anderson so that he could enjoy time with the family.  We are so blessed that God has given him great strength through this process but we continue to ask that you remember him in your prayers.

Randy and Co enjoying a little down time.

Adam, Cheryl and Keyton just trying to break the chair, LOL!

Uncle Glenn is sitting at the table watching some sports event and I am sure he was talking up a storm.  I was so excited this year because he couldn't tell me how big I had gotten (lol).  I love his honesty.

Sweet Aunt Karen.  I just love her so much and she also happens to make the best pasta salad around.  This year, our gathering was a bit small and there was not any card playing but we are all looking forward to next year.
